Booking Policy
How reservations are made and confirmed at Yatri Nivas Guest House, Srirangam.
Reservation process
Guests can select their preferred dates, room category, number of guests and number of rooms through the website. A booking request is subject to availability.
Multiple rooms in one booking
You can select multiple rooms - including different room categories - under a single booking, and all selected rooms are included under the same booking reference, subject to availability.
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after guest details are submitted, payment is successfully received, the reservation is accepted, and a Booking ID is issued. Simply completing the booking form does not guarantee room availability.
Check your details
You are responsible for checking all booking details before payment - name, dates, number of guests, number of rooms, room category, contact details and total amount. Report any error immediately.
No-show
If you do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior communication, the reservation may be treated as a no-show and the applicable cancellation/no-show terms may apply.
Modification
Booking modifications are subject to availability and applicable terms. Changes to dates, room category, occupancy or number of rooms may change the price.
