Guest Rules & Conduct

For the comfort, safety and security of all guests, the following rules apply during your stay.

Identification

All guests must provide valid identification documents during check-in as required by law.

Occupancy

Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy permitted for the booked room. Only registered guests may stay overnight; visitors may be subject to property rules and identification requirements.

Quiet hours

Please maintain reasonable noise levels, particularly at night, so as not to disturb other guests or the peaceful atmosphere of Srirangam.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, where available. Smoking inside rooms or prohibited areas may attract cleaning or penalty charges.

Alcohol & illegal activities

Illegal activities are strictly prohibited. Guests must comply with all applicable laws relating to alcohol and other regulated substances.

Damage to property

Guests are responsible for damage to rooms, furniture, equipment, fixtures or other property caused by intentional, negligent or improper use. Reasonable repair or replacement charges may be recovered.

Fire & safety

Fire-safety equipment must not be tampered with, emergency exits must remain unobstructed, and guests must follow staff instructions during emergencies.

Prohibited items

Guests must not bring or use illegal, hazardous, explosive or otherwise prohibited items on the property.

Pets

Pets are permitted only if specifically approved by the property in advance.

Valuables

Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of personal belongings and valuables, which should not be left unattended.

Behaviour

Any behaviour that threatens, harasses, abuses or seriously disturbs staff or other guests may result in termination of the stay without refund, subject to applicable law.

Children & extra guests

Children are permitted subject to the room's occupancy rules. Any additional guest/child charges are communicated before confirmation, and extra beds are subject to availability. Please provide the correct number of adults and children while booking.

Force majeure

The property is not liable for failure or delay in services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fire, epidemics, government orders, strikes, civil disturbances, or power/network failures. Any cancellation or refund in such circumstances is handled per applicable law and the booking terms.

These policies are provided for general information. Before relying on them, the property owner should confirm the details (contact information, check-in/out times and exact cancellation/refund rules) and, where appropriate, have them reviewed by a qualified legal professional to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
