Effective 1 September 2026. By accessing the Yatri Nivas Guest House website and making a reservation, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and to our booking, payment, cancellation and privacy policies.
Booking
All reservations are subject to room availability. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a booking confirmation / Booking ID. Guests must provide accurate and complete information. The property may contact the guest to verify booking and payment details, and may decline or cancel a reservation where information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent or incomplete.
Guest identification
All guests must provide valid government-issued identification at check-in. The name on the booking should match the primary guest's ID. Foreign nationals must provide documents required under applicable Indian laws. Guests may be required to complete registration formalities at check-in.
Check-in & check-out
Standard check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges. Guests requiring guaranteed early check-in should contact the property in advance.
Room allocation
Room allocation is subject to availability. The property may provide an equivalent room category in exceptional circumstances. Room images on the website are for representation; actual décor and layout may vary slightly.
Pricing
Rates displayed apply to the dates and room categories selected during booking. Applicable taxes and charges are displayed before payment. Any additional services, meals, extra occupants or chargeable facilities are payable separately unless specifically included in the booking.
Website information
The property makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate; occasional changes to facilities, pricing, services or operating conditions may occur.
Liability
The property is not responsible for delays, interruptions or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, strikes or other force-majeure events.
