Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Yatri Nivas Guest House we keep cancellation simple. The exact cancellation terms for your booking are always shown before you complete payment.
Free cancellation until check-in
You can cancel free of charge any time up to your check-in date. If your booking is cancelled for any reason within this window, 100% of the amount you paid is refunded to your original (source) account.
Non-refundable bookings
Any booking specifically identified as non-refundable at the time of reservation cannot normally be cancelled for a refund.
Refund processing
Where a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method / source account. Processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider, and such delays are outside the property's direct control. Bank/gateway charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
No-show
Failure to arrive without cancellation or prior communication may result in forfeiture of the booking amount according to the applicable terms.
Early departure
Leaving before the scheduled check-out date does not automatically entitle you to a refund for unused nights; any refund is subject to this policy.
How to cancel
Contact the property using the phone, WhatsApp or email on our Contact page or your booking confirmation, quoting your Booking ID.
